This Return Policy outlines the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund conditions for group walk packages purchased from Drainprdetoxifyi through drainprdetoxifyi.ddd. It applies to all walk products including the Oslo Harbour Stroll, Nordmarka Forest Circuit, and Fjord Ridge Expedition. Please read this policy carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Nature of Our Products

Drainprdetoxifyi provides guided recreational walking experiences rather than physical goods. Because our walk packages are time-based services delivered on scheduled dates, traditional product return procedures do not apply. Instead, this policy governs cancellation by the participant, cancellation by Drainprdetoxifyi, rescheduling options, and refund eligibility for each walk product listed on walk-packages.html.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking becomes binding once you receive written confirmation from Drainprdetoxifyi specifying the walk package name, date, time, meeting point, number of participants, and total price in NOK. Payment must be completed according to the instructions provided in your confirmation email. Bookings without completed payment within the specified timeframe may be released to other participants without notice.

3. Cancellation by Participant

3.1 Oslo Harbour Stroll (349 NOK)

Cancellations made more than forty-eight hours before the scheduled start time receive a full refund. Cancellations made between twenty-four and forty-eight hours before the start time receive a fifty percent refund. Cancellations made less than twenty-four hours before the start time or no-shows are non-refundable. To cancel, contact us through reach-out.html or call +4792691003 with your booking reference.

3.2 Nordmarka Forest Circuit (549 NOK)

Cancellations made more than seventy-two hours before the scheduled start time receive a full refund. Cancellations made between forty-eight and seventy-two hours before the start time receive a fifty percent refund. Cancellations made less than forty-eight hours before the start time or no-shows are non-refundable. This extended notice period reflects the additional guide preparation and cabin reservation arrangements required for this half-day walk product.

3.3 Fjord Ridge Expedition (899 NOK)

Cancellations made more than seven days before the scheduled start time receive a full refund minus a fifty NOK administrative fee. Cancellations made between three and seven days before the start time receive a fifty percent refund. Cancellations made less than three days before the start time or no-shows are non-refundable. The Fjord Ridge Expedition involves transport coordination and packed lunch preparation, necessitating longer advance notice for full refunds.

4. Rescheduling

Participants may request to reschedule a confirmed booking to an alternative available date at no additional charge, subject to the following conditions. Rescheduling requests for the Oslo Harbour Stroll must be made at least twenty-four hours before the original start time. Rescheduling requests for the Nordmarka Forest Circuit must be made at least forty-eight hours in advance. Rescheduling requests for the Fjord Ridge Expedition must be made at least seventy-two hours in advance. Each booking may be rescheduled once without penalty. Subsequent rescheduling requests are treated as cancellations under Section 3. Rescheduling is subject to availability and confirmation by Drainprdetoxifyi.

5. Cancellation by Drainprdetoxifyi

We reserve the right to cancel any scheduled group walk due to severe weather conditions as defined by Met Norway warnings, insufficient participant numbers below the minimum group size of four, guide unavailability, trail closures by local authorities, or other circumstances that compromise participant safety. When we cancel a walk, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid for the affected booking or, at your preference, a complimentary transfer to the next available date for the same walk product. We will notify you as early as possible using the contact details provided during booking.

6. Weather Policy

Group walks operate in most weather conditions typical of the Oslo region, including light rain and moderate wind. Walks are only cancelled when Met Norway issues an orange or red weather warning affecting the route area, or when guides determine that continuing would pose an unacceptable safety risk. Light rain alone does not constitute grounds for participant cancellation with a full refund. We recommend appropriate waterproof clothing for all walk products. If a walk proceeds as scheduled and you choose not to attend due to weather preference, standard cancellation terms in Section 3 apply.

7. Group and Corporate Bookings

Private group bookings for corporate teams, schools, or events of eight or more participants are subject to separate cancellation terms communicated in the group booking confirmation. Generally, group cancellations require at least fourteen days notice for a full refund, seven to fourteen days notice for a fifty percent refund, and less than seven days notice forfeits the booking fee. Custom group walk products may have tailored terms reflecting specific logistical arrangements.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within ten business days of cancellation confirmation using the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative transfer. Refunds are issued in NOK. Bank processing times may add additional days before funds appear in your account. Drainprdetoxifyi is not responsible for fees charged by your bank or payment provider during refund processing.

9. Partial Attendance and Early Departure

Walk package fees cover the complete guided experience from meeting point to conclusion. If you join a walk late, leave early, or are removed from a group due to conduct that violates our Terms of Use, no partial refund is provided. Guides will make reasonable efforts to accommodate late arrivals when safety permits, but cannot guarantee catch-up with the group on trails with restricted access points.

10. Disputes and Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with a walk experience and believe you are entitled to a refund beyond the standard cancellation terms, submit a detailed complaint through reach-out.html within fourteen days of the walk date. Include your booking reference, the walk product name, date of participation, and a description of the issue. Drainprdetoxifyi will review each complaint individually and respond within ten business days. Valid complaints regarding service quality may result in partial or full refunds at our discretion.

11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Norwegian law, including the Forbrukerkjøpsloven (Consumer Purchases Act) and Angrerettloven (Right of Cancellation Act) where applicable. For leisure services booked for a specific date, the right of withdrawal may be limited when the service begins within the withdrawal period and you have expressly agreed to this limitation at the time of booking, as permitted under applicable regulations.
