2. Acceptance of Terms

By using drainprdetoxifyi.world, browsing our walk package listings, submitting a contact form, or booking a group walk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Return Policy. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and Drainprdetoxifyi regarding your use of our website and services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years of age to book a walk package independently. Participants under eighteen may join group walks when accompanied by a parent, guardian, or authorised group leader who assumes responsibility for their conduct and safety. 6. Booking Process

A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from Drainprdetoxifyi specifying the walk package, date, time, meeting point, and total price. Submitting a contact form or inquiry does not constitute a confirmed reservation. Payment instructions are provided upon confirmation. Prices are listed in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include guided walk services as described in each package. Additional costs such as personal equipment, transport to meeting points not specified in the package, or optional add-ons are the responsibility of the participant unless otherwise stated.

7. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time, wearing appropriate footwear and clothing for the selected walk product and forecasted weather conditions, carrying personal water and any medications they may need, disclosing relevant mobility or fitness limitations during the booking process, following guide instructions throughout the walk, and behaving respectfully toward guides, fellow participants, local residents, and the natural environment. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in removal from a walk without refund if your conduct endangers yourself or others.

8. Guide Authority

Our guides are trained to assess trail conditions and participant wellbeing during group walks. Guides have full authority to modify the route, pace, or duration of a walk, pause or terminate the activity, or request that a participant leave the group if they determine that continuing would pose a safety risk. Participants agree to comply with guide decisions made in the interest of group safety.

9. Assumption of Risk

Group walking in outdoor and urban environments involves inherent risks including uneven terrain, variable weather, wildlife encounters, and physical exertion. By participating in any Drainprdetoxifyi walk package, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume responsibility for your participation. Our guides carry basic first-aid supplies and are trained in outdoor safety protocols, but we cannot eliminate all risks associated with walking activities in natural and urban settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Norwegian law, Drainprdetoxifyi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of drainprdetoxifyi.world or participation in our walk services. Our total liability for any claim related to a walk package shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific booking.
